The "Squires" are a branch of the Knights of Columbus. Rather than "councils", their groups are called "Circles". The Squires Circle affiliated with Council 2455, is number 931. Young men who are Squires must be between the ages of 10 and 18.
As in Medieval Times, Squires are young Knights in training. They are active in church and community affairs. A Squire is given a chance to receive leadership skills and the spiritual and moral guidance to succeed. The Squires Circle is ran by these young men, Future Knights of Columbus. Over seen by their counselors, Squires conduct their meetings, plan activities, and help in the community.
Squires of The Sacred Heart hold their membership meetings on the first Sunday of each month. If you know of a potential candidate or are interested in becoming a Squire, please contact one of the counselors listed below.
